    Всем доброго здравия!
    Авто VW Passat 3C5 2006г., дв. BMR 2,0 TDI PD, движок заглох на ходу и не заводится. Механика движка в норме. Опишу проблему: Притащили с другого сервиса, где вымыли бак, т.к. в баке была черная тягучая грязь, Заменили топливный фильтр, насос в баке. Считали ошибки в ЕСМ движка:
    1. Код не помнят- жалоба на клапана форсунок N240, N241, N242, N243 - удалили.
    2. Р1652 - Опросить память неисправностей блока управления АКП -не удаляется.
    В АКП ошибка Р1741 - Адаптация давления сцеления достигнут предел адаптации - параметр выше верхней предельной границы не удаляется.
    Т.к. движок не запускался, притащили ко мне. Подключил VAS 5054, ошибки в ЕСМ движка Р1652 и АКПП Р1741 присутствуют и не удаляются.
    Проверил:
    1. Давление с тандемника - 1.5 бара при прокрутке стартером, сколько норма - не нашел.
    2. Импульсы на форсунках - присутствуют около 180v (пьезо), в принципе норма.
    Снял форсы и отдал на проверку, проверка подтвердила исправность форсунок.
    Сегодня установил форсунки на движок, но запустить его не удалось. Даление на выходе с тандемника - при прокрутке стартером 1,5 бара. Давление подкачки в норме 0,25-0,3 бара
    При прокрутке стартером появилась ошибка Р2146-01 - Питание форсунок А: обрыв цепи время от времени. И вот тут самое интересное:
    - при подключении осциллографа параллельно форсунке: масса осцилла на "-" сигнала, вход осцилла на "+" сигнала - импульс приходящий на форсу инвертирован, т.е. отрицательный.
    - при подключении масса осцилла на "-" АКБ, вход осцилла на "+" сигнала импульс приходящий на форсу нормальный - положительный.
    Ведомый поиск VAS 5054 рекомендует проверить проводку от ЕСМ движка до круглого 10 пинового разъема на головке блока.
    В понедельник планирую прозвонить указанную проводку.
    Какие будут мысли, уважаемые, по данной проблеме? Буду признателен за любые предложения, советы, подсказки.

    На офф! Там по акции замена форсунок и смена ПО БУД. Вообще ищи TPI в ELSA! И акции просмотри!

    Technical background

    On some vehicles with 2.0l TDI engine deposits can settle on the Piezo pump injector elements because of dirty engine oil. This can lead to running problems.

    Remedy

    Note.

    Not all vehicles are affected by this campaign! Before a repair check with the application "Vehicle-specific information“ in ELSA or the system "Service-Online“ whether the vehicle is affected by this campaign!

    On the affected vehicles the Piezo pump injector elements must be checked and if necessary replaced.

    Please make sure that on the affected vehicle the check and repair of all open campaigns/measures are performed during the workshop visit.

    Customer notification

    Make sure allaffected vehicles are checked and repaired as part of the workshop visit.

    If the campaign was not performed during a workshop visit, inform the customer straight away about the campaign. Use the sample letter "No campaign processing despite workshop throughput" of your importer.

    Please promptly inform your new and used vehicle department, so that affected vehicles can be checked straight away and if necessary repaired.

    Check

    If the vehicle is listed in the systems as not completed, check whether a campaign sticker with the entry "23H9 date/stamp" is attached in the spare wheel well area (next to data sticker):


    If the campaign sticker is attached, the campaign has already been performed. Make the entry "23H9 date/stamp" in the service schedule under "Space for workshop entries.


    If the campaign sticker with entry "23H9" is not fitted,

    Carry out the work according to the repair instructions.

    Work

    Criterion 01 to 04: Check and if necessary replace pump injector elements

    Remove the cylinder head cover according to the repair manual

    => drive unit, 4 cyl. diesel engine (2.0l, 4 valve), rep. gr. 15 engine cylinder head, valve drive, cylinder head, remove and install cylinder head cover


    Check the part number -see arrow- on the pump injector element.


    All pump injector elements with the part number

    • 03G 130 073 D or

    • 03G 130 073 M


    must be replaced

    => drive unit, 4 cyl. diesel engine (2.0l, 4 valve), rep. gr. 23 fuel preparation diesel injection, diesel direct injection system, remove and install pump injector unit.

    All other pump injector elements are correct and must not be replaced.




    To prevent renewed resistance, replace the wiring loom for the pump-injector units in addition to the pump-injector units.



    Identification


    Only after carrying out all the necessary work make the entry "23H9 date/stamp" in the service schedule under "Space for entries the workshop" and on the sticker, Part No.: 000 010 006.


    Attach the fully completed campaign sticker in the area of the spare wheel well (next to the data sticker.

    Technical background

    1. An incorrect pump-injector unit prevents the control of all pump injector units.

    2. Incorrect diagnosis of the intact main relay because of an incorrect pump-injector unit.

    3. Engine control unit does not work.


    Production change





    Measure

    1 and 2:

    • Remove the cylinder head cover according to the repair manual.

    • Check the part numbers of the pump-injector units (Illustration 1 and 2).

    ‒ All pump injector units with the part number: 03G 130 073 D or 03G 130 073 M must be replaced according to the repair manual/parts catalogue.

    To prevent a future contact resistance, replace also the wiring loom for the pump injector units in the cylinder head according to the repair manual/parts catalogue.



    3:

    If the engine still does not start

    • and all pump injector units have a part number with index S or T

    • and there are no entries on the cause, check the production date of engine control unit as follows with the VAS diagnostic tester:



    • 01 engine control unit

    • 001 identification (service $ 1A)

    • 001.01 control unit identification (service $ 1A)

    • Extended identification

    • Read production date



    If the production date of the engine control unit is before 01.04.2008, replace the engine control unit according to the repair manual/parts catalogue.
