piwis 3 vci is actia look like same as vas6154a........only firmware and circuit inside maybe not same as piwis3 vci.........so far i am using piwis 2 glood clone head working fine version 18.1 paid for some one set up working no problem and it's can also pay certificate taiwan or china per time able og in PPN but cot around $450..and about online i am using Prosche PXN and workng actia PTT xs-2g latest recommend per porsche
